Breakfast faux-muffins


I love a warm breakfast, so I started making these yummy faux-muffins and they are so easy to do. Cut the crusts of some bread and then roll the bread flat with a rolling pin, then line a muffin tin with the flat bread. Put cheese in the bread form, then add ham or bacon and a whole raw egg. Add more cheese, tomato, sour cream etc. If there are edges of the bread sticking up you can butter these do they don’t burn. Then bake in the oven for about 15 min, or until the egg is solid.
